Addition Financial Credit Union is a Top Workplaces award winner for 2026, receiving the distinction from the Orlando Sentinel Media Group. This annual list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
The confidential workplace survey from Energage is a research-backed employee engagement review that measures the workplace experience and the culture themes that drive it, focusing on the following areas:
“It is an honor for Addition Financial to earn the distinction as one of Central Florida’s Top Workplaces, particularly because the award is based directly on feedback from our team members,” said Kevin Miller, President and CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union. “We strive daily to create a workplace where team members are engaged, treated fairly, and have the opportunities to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact -- with the credit union and our community.”
Of the hundreds of Central Florida organizations and companies surveyed in 2026, 134 earned the Top Workplaces award. Organizations earn a Top Workplaces award by meeting or exceeding established benchmarks, developed from over 20 years of research into what makes a great workplace.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
To be eligible, organizations must employ a minimum of 150 employees and must achieve a 35% response rate for the survey.
