Addition Financial President and CEO Kevin Miller Named Florida Professional of the Year by The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates
Recognition honors leadership, innovation, advocacy and commitment to the credit union movement
LAKE MARY, Fla. — Addition Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that President and CEO Kevin Miller has been named Florida's 2025 Professional of the Year by The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates.
The prestigious honor recognizes one credit union professional from Florida each year whose leadership, service and commitment have made a significant impact on their organization, members and the credit union industry. Miller received the award during ENGAGE 2026, The League's annual conference, held in Orlando, among representatives from credit unions across Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Virginia.

Beeler, President of the League of Credit Unions and Affiliates. “Through their dedication, innovation, and commitment to service, they are not only strengthening their organizations, but they are also strengthening the communities where they work, play, and live.”
According to The League, Miller was selected for his strong leadership and strategic vision as CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union. The organization cited Addition Financial's significant growth in assets and geographic reach, along with continued investments in innovation and member service. The League also recognized Miller's role in advancing digital banking capabilities, expanding strategic partnerships and strengthening community impact through philanthropic initiatives and advocacy efforts.
Since becoming President and CEO, Miller has helped position Addition Financial as one of the leading credit unions in the Southeast. Under his leadership, the credit union has expanded its footprint across Florida and South Georgia, grown to nearly $4 billion in assets and broadened access to affordable financial services for more than 258,000 members.
In recent years, Addition Financial has enhanced its digital banking experience, expanded financial education programs, strengthened partnerships with school districts and higher education institutions, and increased support for communities through the Addition Financial Foundation. The credit union's merger with Envision Credit Union further extended its ability to serve members throughout North Florida and South Georgia while preserving its commitment to local service and community engagement.
