Addition Financial Celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week

Lake Mary, Fla. (May 1, 2020) – To thank teachers for their dedication, Addition Financial has donated gift baskets to four local school districts for Teacher Appreciation Week.

Founded by Orange County teachers in 1937, Addition Financial has a longstanding tradition of supporting education in Central Florida. As schools have transitioned to distance learning, the credit union wanted to recognize teachers and thank them for their work both in the classroom and virtually. To do so, Addition Financial donated care baskets with gift cards to the school districts in Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties.

Teacher Appreciation Week runs from May 4 to May 8. Each day, the districts will randomly select one lucky teacher to receive the care basket, sharing the winners on their social media pages.
